By having a complete customer profile we are able to give them our highest level of customer service.

  • Read call logs. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's call logs.
  • Manage phone calls. We may request access or permission allow you a feature which is used to check the time period a person is engaged with a customer during the calling.

Note: The call logs are feed into the user’s provided phone number by the company ReferLoan and we don’t access any personal information or person contact details of the users using this application.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
